Any activity completed through your account may be treated as authorised activity unless you promptly report suspected misuse. jilliace staff should never need your full password.
If you notice an unfamiliar login, transaction, bet, or change to your profile, stop using the account and contact jilliace support immediately at support@jilliace.net. You should also update your password and secure the email address or mobile number connected to the account. jilliace may temporarily restrict access while investigating possible compromise.
Verification protects members, reduces fraud, and supports secure withdrawals. jilliace may require a valid government-issued identification document, a recent photograph, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, or other reasonable documentation. Submitted information must be authentic, readable, and unaltered.
Verification may occur before a deposit, before a withdrawal, after a change in account details, or when activity requires additional review. Processing can be delayed when documents are incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or difficult to verify. jilliace may also request clarification about the source of funds used for gaming.
Refusing or repeatedly failing verification may lead to restrictions. A member must not submit another person's document, edit a document to hide information, or provide misleading details. Such activity may be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
All balances and transactions on jilliace are displayed in Philippine pesos (₱), unless the platform clearly states otherwise. Available methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI or UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards.
Deposits must come from a payment account belonging to the registered member. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned, or held for review. jilliace may set minimum and maximum transaction amounts, daily limits, processing schedules, or method-specific requirements. These details are shown before a payment is confirmed.
Your gaming balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. jilliace is not intended as a money-transfer service. Deposited funds should be used only for legitimate platform activity. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without reasonable gaming activity may be reviewed for fraud, money laundering, payment misuse, or promotion abuse.
You are responsible for reviewing payment details before confirming a transfer. jilliace is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account numbers, bank maintenance, e-wallet downtime, card issuer restrictions, or processing schedules outside the platform's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance, promotion conditions, payment ownership checks, transaction limits, and security review. Where practical, jilliace may return funds through the same payment route used for deposits. An alternative route may require further proof of ownership.
Before requesting a withdrawal, confirm that your name and payment details are correct. A pending request may take longer when jilliace needs updated documents, when the selected bank or e-wallet is unavailable, or when unusual activity requires review. Estimated processing periods are not guarantees because external financial providers may create delays.
jilliace may place a reasonable hold on a withdrawal while investigating duplicate accounts, disputed payments, suspicious gameplay, bonus abuse, chargebacks, identity concerns, or technical errors. Where no issue is found, the request will continue through the normal process. Members should retain transaction references until funds are received.
Promotions offered by jilliace may have separate eligibility rules, claim periods, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contributions, maximum stakes, withdrawal limits, or expiry dates. Read the complete offer terms before opting in or using bonus funds.
A promotion is limited to the members, devices, households, payment accounts, or other qualifying criteria stated in its rules. jilliace may withhold or remove a bonus when a member creates duplicate accounts, coordinates claims with other users, uses prohibited betting patterns, provides false information, or otherwise attempts to gain an unfair promotional advantage.

A bet becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by jilliace. Review the game, selection, stake, odds, and potential return before confirming. Confirmed bets normally cannot be changed or cancelled at the member's request. A visible selection that has not been accepted does not create a valid wager.
Game outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, certified random mechanism, live table result, or official sports result used by jilliace. Sports markets may be voided or resettled when a fixture is abandoned, postponed, incorrectly listed, or affected by an official correction. The rules displayed for each market govern settlement.
If a technical fault, incorrect odds, impossible payout, duplicate credit, or obvious pricing error occurs, jilliace may correct the affected transaction to reflect the intended and fair result. Members must not knowingly exploit a malfunction. Activity completed after discovering an error may be voided and the account may be reviewed.
Connection failure on your device does not automatically cancel an accepted wager. If a game round was recorded before the interruption, its result remains valid and should appear in account history. Contact support with the relevant time and reference if the result is not displayed correctly.

You may stop using jilliace at any time and may request account closure after pending transactions and required reviews are completed. jilliace may suspend or close an account where necessary for security, responsible gaming, legal compliance, inactivity, suspected fraud, payment disputes, or breach of this agreement.
During a review, access to funds, games, promotions, and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. jilliace will assess available records and may ask the member for supporting information. Failure to respond within a reasonable period may affect the outcome of the review.
Account closure does not remove obligations that arose before closure. Legitimate outstanding balances will be handled after applicable checks and deductions. Funds connected to fraud, unlawful activity, invalid promotions, or chargebacks may be withheld or adjusted where permitted.
jilliace aims to provide a stable platform, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet disruption, device faults, payment provider outages, software updates, force majeure events, and other conditions may temporarily affect availability.
You are responsible for using a compatible device, maintaining a secure internet connection, and checking that instructions were successfully submitted. jilliace is not responsible for losses caused solely by your device, connection, forgotten credentials, disclosure of login details, or failure to review a transaction before confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, jilliace is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, unavailable services, or a member's decision to gamble beyond an affordable amount.
jilliace may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal requirements, security practices, payment changes, new platform features, revised game rules, or operational improvements. The current version will be published on this page.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, account interface, or registered contact details where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using jilliace and request account closure after resolving any pending balance or transaction.
